I’ve always wanted a career that gives me the freedom and opportunity to work with people on a relational level and to give back to the community. When I started my real estate career in 2016, I knew that I had found what I’d been looking for. As a realtor, I focus on working with and helping the people of West Michigan. That’s why I am glad I was introduced to David’s House Ministries.

I happened to meet Paul Wiersma while handing out some business cards in his neighborhood one afternoon. We later connected through email. In our correspondences, I was drawn to the passion clearly evidenced in his words for the work being done at David’s House. I didn’t hesitate to come out for a tour when he extended the invitation.

When I arrived for the walk-through, I observed daily life within the four residential homes, including interactions between staff members and residents—all reflective of the dignifying and quality physical, emotional, and spiritual care provided for the residents, who they treat like family. After meeting a few of the staff members, I knew this was an organization that would make a positive impact in the community of Wyoming, Grand Rapids and all of West Michigan.

David’s House meets a critical need in our community. My wife and I are excited and more than happy to be making a monthly contribution to their organization! Furthermore, through the rest of the 2017 calendar year I will be contributing a portion of my sales from David’s House-originated referrals directly to their ministry. I look forward to helping them through my monthly contribution and referral-based contributions and would encourage you to consider a contribution of your own.

I’m dedicated to making your real estate experience easy, stress-free and the best it can be. Contact me if you’re interested in buying, selling or investing in real estate. Together, we can support an organization that is doing incredibly valuable things in the West Michigan community.
