Shonquetta Sneed has worked at David’s House Ministries for two years in House Two. She was introduced to DHMIN through her grandmother Nancy, who has been a part of our ministry for many years.
“The thing I most enjoy about working here is my coworkers and how much fun we get to have doing our job,” Shonquettq said.
She has learned a lot about being more patient and understanding in this field of work. Her fondest memory with the residents is when House Two went bowling.
“We all had an amazing time,” Shonquetta said.
Outside of David’s House, she spoils her cat and watches Netflix. Another hobby of hers is doing nails.
She also has a two-year culinary certification and loves to cook and bake in her free time.
“A quote that inspired me would be when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade,” Shonquetta said.
