Have you ever wondered who was behind those social media posts and emails, updating and optimizing our website, or planning the fundraisers for David’s House? There is one person behind it all, our Marketing & Event guru, Taylor!
Originally from the small Northern Michigan village of Roscommon, Taylor moved to Grand Rapids to attend college at Grand Valley State University. She graduated in the spring of 2017 with a degree in Marketing and Sports Health. Before coming to David’s House in July, Taylor helped different businesses develop their social media strategies, manage events, and design their websites. However, it was during this time that she felt the Lord calling her to do more. That is when she was introduced to David’s House! Taylor says she knew right away that this was the right path for her – “It combined both my love for marketing and helping people”.
When she’s not here at David’s House, Taylor enjoys being outdoors (especially up north), taking pictures, spending time with family, and watching Michigan State football.
Taylor feels blessed to be a part of the David’s House community, serving the residents, staff, and community members by sharing their stories and bringing to light the incredible work that is being done here.
