Meet Brenna, our LEAP Coordinator. LEAP, which stands for Life Enrichment Activities and Programs, offers opportunities for learning, creativity, and community outings three times a day, five days a week.
Brenna’s journey with David’s House Ministries began in June 2024 when she joined as a Direct Support Professional. After spending time in Australia for a speech pathology internship, she returned in the spring of 2025 to continue doing what she loves most—spending time with residents and helping them discover joy in everyday experiences.
She says one of her favorite parts of being a part of LEAP is that no two days are the same. Brenna loves building relationships with the residents and seeing them enjoy life to the fullest.
A fun fact about Brenna is that she grew up as a missionary kid in Southeast Asia, living in Taiwan, China, and Thailand. Those years gave her a deep appreciation for different cultures and shaped her caring, adventurous spirit that shines through in everything she does.
