Meet Josie, who works in-house three! She first discovered David’s House Ministries through her friend Nicole. After taking a CNA class, and speaking with others from DHMIN, she knew this was where she wanted to be.
Josie’s bubbly personality and positivity are contagious throughout DHMIN.
“I enjoy working for David’s House Ministries for many reasons. I enjoy being a part of this community, going on one on ones, and getting to know the residents outside of simply providing care,” Josie said.
Something she has learned from her experiences at DHMIN is to embrace what makes you different.
Josie always strives to build strong connections throughout her DHMIN family, and it works! It does not matter what house she walks into; everyone is excited to see her.
When she is not at DHMIN, she goes fishing, hiking, spends time with her boyfriend, and plays with her puppy, Ellie.
