Josh joined the David’s House Ministries team at the beginning of September 2023 in a newly created role as Clinical Systems Administrator. This position was created to ensuring the continuity of care for our residents. Josh is our primary contact with Community Mental Health Support Coordinators. He is responsible for scheduling and attending Person-Centered Planning (PCP) meetings and then reviewing and implementing the PCP goals and objectives. Josh also oversees the Social Work assement process and all resident Behavioral Treatment Plans.
Due to previous work in the mental health field, Josh has been aware of David’s House for about 10 years. He has always appreciated the quality of care that we provide for our residents, while also admiring our ability to create community with several houses on one campus.
Josh has known Casey, DHMIN’s president, for several years, and because of his experience has been able to brainstorm with Casey about ways to improve the services we provide. So when the time was right it was a natural fit for Josh to join our team.
Josh has a passion for working with people and enhancing their quality of life. Since we at David’s House believe in giving our residents the highest quality of life we can, that also made Josh a fantastic addition.
When he is not working Josh can be found enjoying one of his many hobbies. He enjoys spending time with his family and their 3 dogs. Josh also like to work around the house, read and workout. In addition to these things Josh likes to get out of the house to attend concerts and has enjoyed a lot of hiking and camping.
